Digestive sponge with roasted marshmallow buttercream, chocolate ganache and cookie crumbs in between each layer. Topped off with some of the homemade marshmallow buttercream and I stuck some more of the crumbs all over before adding my chocolate ganache drip and some blowtorched mallows!
