    this must be very accurate when the cowboy, bone in, and boneless ribeye has 3 different calories numbers yet being the same cut lol

    If you are trying to lose weight, take red meat out of your diet *almost* completely (very special occasions only).

    Imo, the protein : fat is not conducive to a healthy diet.

    Chicken breasts and fish for me since February and it’s been very easy to hit all of my protein goals (100mg/day). Supplementing with a shake, vegetable protein, etc.

    I am a ribeye lover and enjoy nothing more than a crispy skin on chicken thighs, but it’s just not worth it.
