Not sure if I should post here or r/shittyfoodporn :-p Just trying not to die by food, I can’t believe how much junk I’ve eaten all my life. Anyway, I have some mixed greens, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, shrimp, Gorgonzola, and some avocado balsamic. Next to that are sautéed chickpeas, mushrooms, onions, 3tbs low-sodium marinara, and some parm. Now I just need to figure out how to curb these after-dinner sugar cravings.

    fruit/berries work well for me, and dark chocolate. i started with 70% dark, then went to 85-90, and now i’m at 100% lol. a square of that with some berries and i’m good. by the way looks good for the meal, good start. the portions look pretty big to me but i don’t know your dietary needs. for me id cut that in half.

    It’s normal to crave something sweet after dinner. Try fruit or a couple of dates.
