I’ve used these in the past but found that more than often, I end up with shards of fiberglass in the bottom of the bread. Those edges are not sealed proper on most, just a heads up. Looks like from the OG that it doesnt bother you. hahah

My loaves cooked a Dutch oven often come out well-done on the bottom, so i am off to buy one of these now.

Wow! I didn’t know these were a thing. I make something that looks exactly like this using parchment paper. I should at least make a cardboard template so it’s easier to trace and cut the paper every time I make bread.
