One of two semi feral adult sheep I processed this year. Each weighed around 130-140 lbs, got 42 pints from each but the second batch was packed tighter, with less fat and correct headspace. Would rather have a picture of that one, but it didn't work out that way! Canned everything but the flanks and neck.
