I’ve started sucking it up and spending the extra chedd for boneless. I think they’re a lot better boneless for some reason. They’re so much more tender.

I truly do not know why thighs are not more popular but I’m always happy about them being cheap.
I feel like most people who buy chicken breast because it’s healthier just slather it in some sauce or breading or whatever to make it taste better anyway.
