My mom would order this pasta every time we went to an Italian restaurant and like a true kiss ass of a son I would make it for her. She would always wonder why when she made it didn’t taste the same as the restaurants well…. Fuckin SALT. Keeping the olive oil on a low simmer is key to not burning the garlic and chili flakes then you pretty much create a garlic chili oil. Salt the pasta water like the god damn Red Sea!

– 10 Cloves Garlic
– 2 Tbsp Red Chili Flakes
– 1 Cup Olive Oil
– 1 Bunch Parsley
– 1/4 Cup Pasta Water
– Spaghetti
– Salt to taste
