I bought this and have zero idea what to do with it. I usually sous vide chuck steak, but this looks a lot leaner. Help!

  1. Smoke it, maybe? Cube it up for chili? Add it into a fatty meat for burgers

    It looks like the mock tender. Long, low and slow and it will act like boneless chuck short ribs
