I have a lot of cheese at home, but need something for a reference to weight it. Can you put a lighter, phone near it?

  3. Do you know what the capacity of that bowl is and approximately how far the corners are from the circumference of it are?

If you need help eating it I’m willing to help

  5. A typical wheel of Gruyère is 75ish lb. We cut it into 1/8ths, which means each quarter is 9.4lb give or take. That looks to be about 1/3 of that so I’m going to say 3.1lb

Well first one needs to taste some to see if it is real gruyere. Then taste a second time to make sure it the first one was right.

So it was a competition at my work to see how heavy it was, couldn’t get any more info other than the photo, in the end it weighed 1.86 Kgs (about 4.1 pounds) some of you guys were real close but sadly I over estimated it severely 😔
