    For my 30th birthday, my girlfriend at the time ordered me a Argentinian beef Tomahawk steak. That’s like 60% of the reason why I married her.

    That looks really good. I’m a meat cutter and I can tell ya that’s a sick cut of prime rib. Tomahawks have more bone exposed than a cowboy and that looks nice. Good job cooking it too. Solid medium rare consistency through ad through.
