You can’t beat this plate for speed! the taste comes not only from the tender cheese, tomatoes and seasonal salad from the extra virgin olive oil from Puglia,… combined with a nice white wine and a slice of bread it is very summery and fresh.

For me the Swiss flag would have done it 😉
Alongside excellent olive oil and balsamico of course, but the latter would spoil both flags…
