Coworker gave me tomatoes, so I used them to make some pasta for dinner last night!

   She gave me a small bag of cherry tomatoes and I decided to whip up a simple pasta with some stuff I had laying around in the kitchen. 🙂

   -Cherry tomatoes

   -Frozen bell pepper strips

   -Frozen meatballs

   -1 jar of pasta sauce

   -1 box noodles

   -Italian seasoning

   -daiya parmesan

   If you want to put a garlicky, creamy twist to it, just drop a bar of Alouette cheese into the sauce before stirring in the pasta. Nothing beats homegrown tomatoes. That looks delicious

    If you don’t have an idea right away cook them down in some water. Bag and freeze it.

    Great having some, “fresh” tomatoes in the middle of winter.

    MiniPoll: Did you get the skin off?

    I usually dip them in boiling water and tear down that skin. Those tiny bits of skin irritate the hell outta me!
