    Looks great the top looks bruleed almost. I could guess how you did that but uh I’d love to hear how you achieved that.

    Ok cool thank you. I make basque cheesecake at my work at least once a week but I like your style. So do you sugar the whole thing like as it bakes? Or brulee the slices per order if that makes sense?
