I'm looking for websites with safe recipes for pressure canning. I used to use healthycanning.com a lot but noticed they have taken some of their recipes down (e.g. the pressure canned carrot fennel soup). Also, whenever I go to that site it is more difficult to navigate because of all the ads and pop-up videos. I have had my laptop stall out on that website recently.
Do y'all have some favorite websites with safe recipes that you turn to again and again?

The NCHFP site has also gotten a bit harder to navigate this past year, but it’s still a great resource: https://nchfp.uga.edu/
Check out this sub’s wiki page of online resources — I personally get a lot of use out of the Ball Blue Book Guide to Preserving and there’s a new edition out this year (it’s about $15 and money well spent, imo). But the Ball website has quite a few recipes too.
I wonder why they took the carrot fennel soup recipe down, was soo good.
