    I trim all the fat, slice them into 2 or 3 pieces and wrap them in bacon.
    40 minutes on the pellet grill…. No leftovers

    I’ve pretty much completely stopped buying chicken breast to throw on the grill. Thighs are so much more forgiving and flavorful.

    Put them on the grill, go watch TV, forget about them, oh shit I forgot them! Aaaand they’re perfect. Thighs are so hard to mess up.

    I’ve also been doing a ton of wings this summer – garlic and onion powder, salt n pepper, low and slow and they’ve been fantastic.
