  1. Where does one acquire the knowledge to make something like a “chive oil” ?
    The more I browse food subreddits I think there’s a common theme that sauces and infused oils can really kick a dish up to the next level. But I have no earthly clue how to make an infused oil or some random emulsified sauce to complement a dish.

    Also, your dish looks lovely 🙂
