Shades of brown. Needs more colour and visual division

1. Split pea reduction: it’s very brown. I’m not sure what reducing split peas does for the flavor, color, or texture. If someone tells me I’m eating peas, I expect them to be green or at least a shade of it. 2. Red miso chicken: it looks a little dry, it’s oddly shaped, and I’m not sure what the charred onion things do for it. Try slicing it and, and shingle it out or something. 3. Roselle hibiscus rice: roselle and hibiscus are the same thing. Roselles pretty tangy, not sure I want it with rice but I’m not opposed to it if it makes sense.
You’ve got a lot of flavors and ideas going on. Try to master and execute simple dishes really well, and then add your creative flare to it.

Split pea reduction looks unappealing. Maybe strain it a few times thru a mesh. But the color kills me. Needs something to contrast it. Looks like diarrhea honestly
Dish looks dry altogether, all though the hibiscus rice sounds interesting. It’s just disconnected.
