    Used the breasts from a whole chicken and vacuum sealed the rest for use later. Getting better at butchering!

    This is the best way to have chicken nuggets.

    Not intending to criticize; genuinely curious for others’ take on this. Aren’t nuggets supposed to be ground chicken reformed into little nuggs? It gives a different consistency than, say, a tender. Do you ever process the meat into a more nugg consistency, and would you add anything to the mix?

    It’s always great if it’s made of whole pieces of chicken breasts. I work in company making McNuggets for McDonald’s, and it’s just a meat pulp. Chicken breasts meat pulp, but still…
