    Good morning, I don’t like basil either but I love fresh mozarella and the texture of it. I like balsamic dressing but will try the paste. This will be a great salad for me because I let the lettuce wilt many times and end up throwing it away before I even use it.

    I love heirloom tomatoes! I can eat this Caprese salad — delicious and healthy. You use the classic ingredients along with good extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar. Just like I used to eat in Italy when I traveled there many times.
