High Protein Caprese Salad 🍅

Ready in less than 5 minutes, packed with protein, and only 4 ingredients. My favorite snack of the summer

INGREDIENTS
-3/4 cup cottage cheese (I love @good_culture)
-1/4 cup chopped heirloom tomatoes
-A few basil leaves, chopped (or sprinkle on dried basil)
-1 tablespoon aged balsamic vinegar
-pinch of salt
