    Love the chicken meal, you have so many tasty meals its hard to pick.
    The only thing I didnt like, was when at the end you poured gravy all over the crispy skin. Whats the point of the crispy skin. Pour my gravy on the rice, I will want lots.❤❤❤🥰

  4. Fire recipe and I’ve done something similar. But I would not call it ballin on a budget. You have to many ingredients to classify it as a budget meal. I disagree.
    But I’m sure it tasted fire for the 20 + ingredients that you all used in the video. Did you count them?

    That’s not a budget.

    Rice is a staple in the Black family household! Glad you have rice in your life now. Love the chicken quarters, i use them for almost every holiday because we have chicken lovers at my house. Thank you thank you!

  9. We love chicken leg quarters. Our favorite cut. I consider boneless skinless breasts to be textureless and flavorless too. American consumers have been BS'd into thinking that's the 'healthy' cut, but unless you slather them in some unhealthy sauce, they're the equivalent of cardboard. I put leg quarters on a bed of cut veggies, sprinkle some poultry seasoning, and roast them until everything is well brown and done.

  10. By the time you go in with all the herbs and truffle salt and kerrygold butter you're not talking about a budget meal anymore.

  13. Truffle salt is great. You can make it boneless. If you know how to cut meat. Boneless meat would make this better. I thought the uncut veggies and vegetables weird. Also, smoking the chicken, may have been better. Waste of vegetables. You can just use a veggie base. The veggies not used here. What happened to the celery and onions? Thrown out? Out on this.
