Just ordered a Profite Go and Eureka Mignon Specialita from The Kitchen Barista.

Will keep y’all posted. There seem to have been some discussions about the legitimacy of the company, some people vouching for it, some people contributing about their visit to the store, etc. just wanted to add to this conversation.

    If i could do it over i wouldnt get the Go. Steam wand is very weak and heat up time is long. I’d probably just get a bambino and save up for a profitec 500 or Lelit bianca

    Heat up time is like 5-7 minutes? That’s very fast compared to most units. ESPECIALLY for the price

    I recently ordered the same machine and grinder from a different provider.

    My Mignon arrived this week and the Profitec arrives next week.

    Have been using the Mignon to grind Yirgacheffe from a local roaster for Origami pourover.

    I am amazed by how different the coffee tastes depending on which recipe I follow. It is really wonderful stuff.

    On the one hand, it is “coffee” but it has so many more flavor notes — they combine is a wonderful way.

    Obviously I am new to pourover and am acting like I discovered something.

    Yummmmm!!

    Bought Go and DF64 from them last month. Came quick, no hassles. I’ve pulled over a hundred shots already! 😵‍💫

    I have the eureka mignon zero. I really like it, but it is really just for espresso. I use a separate grinder for French press or pour over.

    Have the same set up and love it. Only complaint if that after making a couple of coffees it’s not consistent. Perfect for a couple of coffees though

    I have bought TWO separate set ups from them. Spent 4k this year alone with zero issues. If you email them they’ll typically generate an invoice for you and knock another 5-10% off.

    I have the exact same setup!! I would say the dialing with the eureka mignon is a bit annoying but once I got like a grinder dial indicator from Etsy it was way better!

    I didn’t order from them because they’ve been astroturfing a lot recently and I’m a bit suspicious. I ordered my df64 from Miicoffee instead to be safe
