  1. nice spread. bit of advice on the rice, it looks either a bit compact or a bit mushy. If it’s the former, use a bit less pressure when rolling the rolls, if it’s the latter, consider buying a good rice cooker if you don’t have one, was the rice a bit more to remove some of the surface starch, and/or use a bit less water.
