So I got this lamb loin at my local Istanbul market and I’m not too sure what to make or cook with it. It kind of reminds me of pork belly so I’m not sure if I want to do a Korean barbecue or just cook it in the oven or stove. Linking any recipes would help.

    That’s not what’s usually referred to as lamb loin. Looks like lamb loin ribs.

    We always made it Korean barbecue style. Just follow a Kalbi recipe then grill.

  3. Little oil, Salt, Pepper, chillies flakes( optional ). Squeeze half lemon with any herbs you like, cover few mints than bbq if you got one or fry . Enjoy.

    That is not lamb loin, those are ribs/breast. You should braise them.

    Precious little red meat there. Lamb fat overkill.

    I had spicy cumin lamb ribs at a Uyghur restaurant and they were phenomenal.
