SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP 🥬follow @vegan_larder for more delicious dairy free dips and vegan recipes.

You know you’re going to love this. It’s cheesy and gooey and has all the lovely flavors of the classic spinach and artichoke dip, but made dairy AND nut free!

You’ll need:
🫛1 block silken tofu
🧀2-3 tbsp nutritional yeast
🍲1 tbsp white miso
🫙1 tbsp dijon mustard
🧄1 clove garlic
🍋Juice 1 lemon
🥬200g spinach
🥬180 g marinated artichokes (drained)
🧀Vegan cheese
🌱Chives

How to:
1.In a blender mix up the tofu, nooch, miso, mustard and lemon juice.
2.Wilt down the spinach and add half to the blender.
3.Add half the artichokes to the blender. Pulse the blender to mix.
4.Chop the rest of the spinach and artichokes finely and finely chop the chives.
5.In an oven proof dish add the creamy artichoke mixture, then mix in the cheese, chives, chopped artichokes and spinach
6.Add more vegan cheese on top (and some breadcrumbs if you like)
7.Cook in the oven at 180C for 10 mins or until bubbly.
8.Serve hot with corn chips, crackers or bread.
