1 tsp salt
1 lime

►Other Ingredients

1 red onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
4 garlic cloves
100g Cheddar cheese
100g Red cheese
7 – 8 Tortilla wraps

►Sauce

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp chopped jalapenos
1/4 cup pickle juice
1 tsp chipotle paste
1 tsp red chili paste
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp chipotle chili
1 tsp taco seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp onion
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
