Has this place only ever cooked eggs Benedict, but never eaten them? What do they expect to happen with this situation? I should ask for a plate, but I am eating them right off this board so they understand what they have done. They have to learn. (Very delicious btw, but upsetting)

    Wow! So much food!

    The only person affected by that stuff dripping on the table is the server who has no say in how it’s cooked or plated but has to clean it up. ;(

    I would NOT eat food served to me on a wooden platter.

    I guess that when we go to restaurants now, we have to ask… “And is that served on a plate?” lol

    That hollandaise looks gopping 🤢 is it as split/curdled/scrambled as it looks? Normally hollandaise should be lovely and glossy and smooth. Love an Eggs Benedict but this combination of the horrid little board and the texture of the sauce isn’t appealing at all.

    I would ask for a plate. Because in the end who will see that are the waiters and the dishwashers. Nobody else. If you want to be heard, take a photo and leave a review. If you are unhappy with your meal ask for a manager.
