    Looks nice. If we’re refining for restaurant presentation, I think the steak would look nicer fanned out, and I think the dish could benefit visually from another element being added, maybe something with a different color like some greens or spinach, if it was partially under the steak it would also add a bit of height.

    But if this is just a home meal then that’s all nitpicking. Everything on the plate looks great.

    Needs some greens somewhere, looks really nice I love the colour of your cherry reduction. If your choosing to slice the steak theh you should fan it out so we can see the nice red colour . Looks good tho Chef few more refinements and you’ll smash it
