    Ingredients:

    Chili
    Garlic
    Olive Oil
    Dry Spaghetti
    Strained tomatoes
    Tomato paste
Burrata & Parsley as topping 😊

    Steps:
    1. Fry garlic & chili in the pan with olive oil
    2. Boil some water with the tomato paste
    3. Put the dry spaghetti into the pan with the garlic etc.
    4. Pour a little of the tomato broth+ strained tomatoes over the pasta
    5. Cook until fully reduced and it starts sizzling
    6. Repeat 4&5 until al’dente
    7. Fry until the spaghetti get crispy and charred
    8. Add burrata and parsley when serving
    9. Enjoy!

Salt and pepper are added as you go

Edit: Since some commented on this, my partner originally planned on using Spaghetti but instead used Linguine since we still had some home. Same steps still apply though 😀 Sorry for the confusion!

I’m glad more and more people seem to be becoming aware of all’assassina. It’s such a uniquely tasty dish.

Aren’t spaghetti all’assassina because basilico e cheese aren’t in the original recipe! Are spaghetti ai cazzi vostri! Food’s Barbarisns

I thought that was half a babybel on the top at first glance 😂

  6. Why is there a raw slice of tomato under the pasta…?

  7. Linguini all’assasina. Still looks delicious.

I love making this pasta, looks good, it’s so simple yet it’s so good for no reason

mouth watering pasta you have there, well done!

  10. The burrata remove the chilly from the dish (or better, tone it down) , which is supposed to be really spicy, with that said, it is a fantastic variant to it (and honestly looks good) . I’m sure that it is very enjoyable.
