  1. Queste non sono lasagne ma 'melanzane alla parmigiana ' o, semplicemente, 'parmigiana '…anche se, questa nel video, è un po povera. In Italia ci andrebbe mozzarella e parmigiano ad ogni strato e, spesso, le melanzane vengono anche fritte prima invece che grigliate😊
