I’ve been making bread for years and yours look great. I make ugly bread. Mine tastes good but isn’t lovely. I’d eat yours.

That looks awesome. Keep doing what you’re doing and change one thing at a time and you will zero in on maximum possible deliciousness. I’d try cooking a little bit longer. But really I just want two slices I can toast and bury in butter and jelly.

I would suggest maybe try cooking a little longer. Go for a little darker, imo.
