Raw onions are said to be antimicrobial, and good for dental health. I once had an abscess tooth and had no insurance, paired with dental phobia. I put about this amount of raw onions into a small amount of pasta and ate it. It wasn’t the best meal I ever had, but I was pain free the next day. Maybe it was coincidence, maybe it wasn’t.

I make tuna salad with mayo, some guldens mustard green onions (shallots) and celery. Lots of Black pepper or Danos Preemo. Toasted rye and lots of cold tomato slices.
