INGREDIENTS
Spice cake mix
15 oz can of pumpkin puree

*crunch topping*
1 stick of unsalted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon

9×5 loaf pan

INGREDIENTS
*wet ingredients*
1 cup pumpkin puree
2/3 cups of sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
1 1/4 packed cups light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/3 cup cooking oil
2 tsp vanilla extract

*dry ingredients*
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

*crunch topping*
1 stick unsalted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 packed cup light brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1/4 tsp salt

  1. I'm ready for pumpkin bread season. Fall was flirting with us last week but summer decided to return with a vengeance, maybe pumpkin bread next week once summer escorts itself out. I really like the look of the crumble on the first one, the one that had the butter rubbed in by hand. I never considered putting the crumble in the center, but it sure looked good.
