One of my absolute favorite meals to make! I use [this recipe](https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/33252/indian-style-sheekh-kabab/), I typically use lean ground beef and instead of putting on skewers I pan fry them as little flat meatballs. Can’t forget the tzatziki! I usually eat mine with cucumber salad and turmeric rice
