Besides being massively messy, how would you change this presentation?

    I think the broccolini has too much stalk. I’m not a chef or anything close but I do remember people saying that everything on the plate should be edible (?). Either way it looks good but I wouldn’t want that presented as is because I have to saw off my veggies.

    Maybe a white plate if u want to annunciate the basil oil and definitely color the broccolini like a saute? cause it looks like it was boiled
