I made a variation of the New Haven clam pizza on a cauliflower crust. The topping is canned clams, garlic, parsley, olive oil, nutritional yeast and freshly grated Parmesan. I served it with a salad with tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, onion, avocado and a roasted hatch green chile.
