    1 can 400ml condense milk

    400 ml double cream

    6 tablespoons of viet coffee with abt 50ml of water. (then leave the coffee to cool in the fridge before adding to the cream)

    method

    slowly beat the double cream till it becomes thicker, add the condense milk, Vietnamese coffee.

    freeze over night
