    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Pasta:

       – Add the pasta shells and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    2. Cook the Beef:

       – In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Break it up as it cooks.

       – Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef, cooking until the onion is soft and translucent.

    3. Add the Sauce:

       – Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

       – Simmer the sauce on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

    4. Combine Pasta and Sauce:

       – Add the cooked pasta shells to the beef sauce mixture, stirring until the pasta is evenly coated.

    5. Top with Cheese:

       – Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the pasta and beef mixture. Cover the skillet and cook on low until the cheese is melted.

    6. Serve:

       – Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!

This recipe is perfect for a quick and hearty meal. Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms if you want to include more flavor and texture.
