  1. Directions:

    1. Grind whole black peppercorns until fine
    2. Toast them in a pan for a couple minutes
    3. Cook pasta and while it’s cooking, add some pasta water to your grated up pecorino cheese. It should be the same consistency of mashed potatoes
    4. Add some pasta water to the toasted black pepper
    5. Combine the pasta al dente to the black pepper mixture, then add in cream mixture of cheese and pasta water
    6. Stir it all together and enjoy
