For two years in a row, I had an unforgettable dining experience at Coque in Madrid. The 2-Michelin-star restaurant truly lives up to its reputation, offering not just a meal but a journey. The interactive experience begins in different areas of the restaurant (bar > wine cellar > chefs counter > kitchen > dining room), adding a unique touch to each course. The experience was €365, with two wine tasting options available: €210 for the pairing and €460 for the premium pairing (If you can afford the premium pairing I highly recommend it). Every dish was a work of art, both visually and in flavor. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a last minute culinary adventure in Madrid. Reservations are pretty easy to get the week before compared to other big restaurants in Spain like DiverXO and Disfrutar.

I’ve posted a video of my experience on my instagram if ever you want to see more 🙂 my username is tastesips

My only fear with this menu is that I may not actually be able to eat all this food 😱😭

Loved my meal there in May.  Have you tried the 3 stars in Spain yet? How does it compare?
