Handmade lasagne noodles, made with standard 100g doppio zero flour to 1 egg ratio. Homemade Alfredo sauce with sautéed onions, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, parmigiana reggiano, sea salt, black peppercorn, parsley, and Italian herbs. Slurry to thicken. Pan fried hot Italian sausage, sliced tomatoes, hand-pressed ricotta, roasted garlic, mozzarella, and basil from the garden. I’ve made a lot of lasagna and this one might be the best one I’ve ever assembled. It was the spouse’s idea and an elevated level of a dish I made when we first got together featuring boxed pasta(and featuring a lot less culinary skill).
