Wow, you even got a bit of espresso in your crema

  2. How many days passed before roasting those beans? My guess is 12-24 hours which would reduce the tasting experience

Which roaster did you buy beans from?

Is this scales from AliExpress? How it perfomes?

  5. Nice. I almost ended up going with a Lelit Mara X but settled on my Ascaso Steel Duo.

Ur not gonna get the answer you’re looking for cuz these puristas know everything & you notta. Let the down voting proceed.

Great shot! Crema retention shows that it’s not just gasses. Down votes are hella rude and uninformed. You can tell by the fact it’s not all blonde and it takes its time to settle. That’s about .33oz crema layer. I’d love to see it 60sec off pull.

Beautiful “vulcano” in the glass 👏.
Some curiosity. I’m Brazilian. And Santos is the main port in Brazil. This city doesn’t produce coffee. But it exports. So worldwide people relate Santos with Coffee. But in Brasil we don’t. Sounds odd for us to hear about a Santos Coffee haha. We refere it to the cities or region where it was planted, like Mogiana, Serrado, Minas Gerais, Caparaó, Espirito Santo….

What’s the silver cap on top of the espresso? I call it a cap, because it doesn’t look textured like a screen…?
