I’m simple. Whatever kind of bread we have toasted, grape jelly on the bottom piece, 2 fried eggs, and cheddar cheese. Delish!

Recently I’ve been making egg, cheese, and fried spam breakfast sandwiches on sourdough. Salty, creamy, filling! Add some mayo on the bread as you toast the sandwich in the pan and sriracha inside, and you’ve got a banger.
