New machine week! Recently upgraded from a Bambino Plus to a CPO Lucca a53 Mini from Clive for a great price. I've only sent about 8 shots through it so far but it's been a dream! It blows my mind to steam milk in about the same time it took the Bambino to finish spitting water at me.
Happy to join the 53mm club. There are dozens of us, dozens!

What were you expecting from 53mm baskets? The dose and extraction is the same…

Its not the size that matt… oh nevermind.
I absolutely love mine. I don’t really use the volumetric dose. I have my single shot set for a 1 second purge and the double is set to a massive volume so I can use it manually. The luminaire shot timer and S1timer are must have add ones IMO. The shot timer attaches to the group solenoid and activates when the brew is started. The S1timer connects into a plug inside the machie and allows you to plug the machine into a smart outlet and actually turn it on and off. Downside to both is they are kinda expensive for what they are.
The whole *58mm or die* viewpoint is so stubborn.

How do you find the grinder?
I heard people complain about the touch screen: not working properly or stops working completely after a couple of weeks.
That bothers me because I can’t decide whether to buy a Specialita or something without the display like Manuale or Silenzio.
