I make mine spicy and have to sub some ingredients since I have no Korean grocery nearby. But I go through the soybean paste in my house.

So if you want to know a typical Korean way, you’re supposed to make so much that the Ttukbaegi boils over and gets all messy but you have leftovers for like 3 meals. 😆
