Sazon (w/ achiote)

Sauce bottle while cooking:
Olive oil
Soy sauce
Tarragon
Sea salt
Pepper
Garlic

Sauce:
Sweet baby rays (brown sugar/hickory)

Would of made them spicy but the kids love them.

    These were made on a weber kettle, a mix of kingsford and fogo lump.

    Real question, especially since you’re a griller. I have a buddy in the northern Midwest that married a Puerto Rican girl. They go back often and his complaint is that all all meat is done well done and that they don’t make things spicy enough. Is that your experience?
