Omg this line. Is insane.
But the food is on point. Literally everything is bomb.
Can’t wait for the custard tart to come back.

I’m glad I found this place a year ago when the hype was still fresh.  Don’t think I’ll be going there again for a while.  The focaccia is so good, but man those lines…

Does anyone know when their Underhill Ave location will open?

A lot of real estate changes hands in August in New York (especially nowadays in Greenpoint). Bakery lines tend to be cyclic in this sense. Radio has been around for a bit now. Probably just newcomers to the neighborhood.

That, or someone with a large following on TikTok just visited.

No lines during the week and just as delicious. They are also awesome people and gave me some sourdough starter.

I was also there around 10 30! Saw the line and was a huge nope for me. Ended up checking out bakeri a few blocks away and really enjoyed it.

I mean it’s good but not THAT good. Definitely wouldn’t go on a weekend.

One of the lines that’s more worth it, but obviously only when you don’t have anything better to do. Banging ass food for sure

  8. There are so many amazing food options in NYC it’s absurd to sit in a line like that at all. The Ramirez line up there is also ridiculous. all 20 somethings who only eat according to hyped up food guides. And both Ramirez and Radio are really good, but it’s just not necessary to sit in a humiliating line like that.

I don’t think anything is worth this, way too normalized. It’ds not hurting anyone, it’s pathetic tho

Can someone explain to me what’s so special about this? Or is this just some stupid TikTok trend?

  11. Live in the neighborhood. Wanted to be a hater because of the hype/lines, but I’ve been about 10 times and every single thing I’ve had has been genuinely great. The line moves fast, and on weekdays at non-peak times it’s not much of a line at all.

White people always be waitin in line for shit lol

Went for the first time last weekend and it was this long. All the stuff I got was spectacular though

There are extremely extremely few places in the world worth waiting this long for (assuming the line isn’t moving that fast). None I can even think of off the top of my head in the city. I also saw a huge line outside Crumbl in the village which is some kind of giant, overly sweet frosted cookie. These influencer-based trendy food marketing places are so dumb and almost never good.

I’ve been only once when the line was much shorter, but that experience was enough to convince myself I’d be willing to go back even if the line were this long.

  16. i tried going on juneteenth for lunch at around 12/1 pm and they closed early because they’d already sold out of everything. one day!

This place is just ok. The bread was really good. Everything else, didn’t think anything stood out as really special. IMO
