    shichimi pairs so well with so many Japanese dishes.

    some of them just aren’t complete without it.

    I do prefer shichimi made with habanero, though…

    I love that stuff, the Japanese aren’t into hot stuff but man it tastes good.

    Nanami togarashi – 7 spice, goed well with rice and a few other things. It was chili powder, sesame seeds, orange peel, salt, and a few other things.

    There is just a chili togarashi (thought it was ichimi togarashi) it is just chili pepper and not spicy, but the flavor is amazing.
