    Try a different colored plate. The onion blends with the plate.

  3. I would use wider pasta.
    Also cubbed chilli instead of slices to be equally scattered.
    Try to add the greens in cold water for a bit to be more alive.
    Maybe use red onion for better contrast but I am not sure it’s needed
