Good lord that looks amazing! I went to a hotpot place for the first time yesterday and I got pork belly as one of my meat choices (I’ve had Vietnamese spicy pork belly before so I thought I knew what I was getting) and they literally gave me bacon strips… I know technically speaking bacon IS pork belly but like I was thinking like you’d get in an Asian dish or at a barbecue place like good sized and thick chunks not literally just bacon. The hotpot was itself incredible though just now I know not to order the pork belly
